Happy Valentine Heart Stamp

Valentine's Day is getting closer and so is the day that this little stamp will go away forever.

Stampin' Up! has a couple Valentine Specials you are going to want to take advantage of.  I made this card with one of them, the Happy Valentine Heart single stamp.

The desinger series paper is from the spring mini and called More Amore specialty paper.  This stamp coordinates with the full heart punch and the small pool party heart is punched using the owl punch.  I also used the Big Shot to make the scallop heart in the focal point with the scallop heart of hearts embosslit.  Embosslits are so cool, not only do they cut but they put an embossing pattern on the image as well.  The base card and ribbon is Primrose Petals.  If you want to read about ALL of the Valentine Specials that SU has going on right now CLICK HERE.

Last Day!

Today is the last day to order the little Valentine Specials that SU has to offer this year.   Here are some little 3x3 cards made with the one stamp that is $5.95 in clear mount only, item code number 132771.  This gives you the clear mount stamp and a package of the 1x8 inch cello bags.  Great idea for Valentine treats.  The heart matches the full heart punch which I used on these cards along with the Big Shot and the scallop heart of hearts embosslit (#117332), and the adorning accents folders (set of three, #125601).



 

Crumb Cake and Primrose Petals cardstock, Primrose petals ink to stamp and sponge with, linen thread, full heart and owl punch to punch hearts with.  The little heart in primrose is punched with the heart out of the owl punch (item #118074).  There are two valentine specials and you can view them by clicking HERRRRE!

Owl post it note holder

Who loves 3-D projects???  You are going to want to see today's project.



This little owl was a gift from Linda Heller.  It uses the fabric that SU sells to make this little owl with a pouch to hold post it notes.
If you notice the little feet are made out of our scalloped polka dotted ribbon.

Sale-a-bration Sneak Peek

 

Sale-a-bration is coming! It begins on January 22nd. Today's post is a card that I swapped with my roommate at leadership, Diane Dimich. Oh, how I thank Stampin' Up! for all the wonderful friends I have made thru the years, from fellow demos, to customers, my downline and uplines, etc. She used the Patterned Occasions set that is from the SAB offerings this year.

Hearts a Flutter Card

Do you love the artisan embellishment kit from the new spring mini?  I used it and the Hearts a Flutter stamp set and framelits to make this card.





It also uses pool party and primrose petals ink.  The flower flourish on the pool party framelit comes from a stamp set called Flowering Flourishes.  The framelit is called Floral Frames.  Have you tried the framelits yet??  I know that many of you already have the Big Shot, give these framelits a try.  I really love this card and all it's colors.  Feel free to share this on your facebook page, just click the button below.
