Today's post is a beautiful card that can be used for Valentines Day or you could use it for a wedding card as well...and it's pretty quick and easy. It uses the Painted with Love specialty paper from page 19 of the 2018 Occasions Catalog. I also used the Bloomin' Love set and matching framelits from page 88 and 215 of the annual catalog! I used the green tombow glue to attach the heart to the white cs layer.
Colors used are melon mambo, rich razzleberry, powder pink, and white. The little rhinestones were colored with the dark rich razzleberry stampin' blends marker.
