August Stamp Class Cards

Here are a couple of the cards from a recent August card class I had.  This first one features stamping directly on to the designer series paper.  

Ink colors used on these cards were pale papaya and calypso coral, fresh freesia and blackberry bliss, lastly polished pink and melon mambo.  Measurements start with a 5½ x 8½" piece of basic white thick cardstock, scored at 4¼".  The piece of solid colored cardstock is 4 x 5¼" and the designer series paper is 3 3/4 x 5".  The greeting was stamped on a ½" strip of basic white cardstock.  I also added some of the in color ribbon from the annual catalog (AC).  I used the Art Gallery stamp set out of the AC, (#158201)

This next card feature some new Sale-a-bration items.

This card uses the Shaded Summer stamp set (#155783) from the 2021-22 annual catalog.  The flowers were stamped in black and die cut with the SAB item summer shadows dies (#156618) which you can earn for free with a $100 purchase thru September 30th.  The polka dot frame was made from the Beautifully penned designer series paper (#156630) also a SAB item.  I used a rectangle framelit to cut and make a frame.  The greeting is from the sale a bration set Delicate Dahlias (#156601) and I die cut a label from tasteful labels (#152886) to stamp it on.   I popped the flowers up with dimensionals.  A few pearl jewels (#144219) finished this card up.
