I got this idea from Becky Roberts, a fellow stamper. It is a fun and easy project. I made 17 one night while watching tv. You start with a 3 x 5 piece of cardstock and then cut a designer series paper 2 1/4 x 3". Then you will score your cardstock at 2 1/4 and 2 1/2". ***HINT*** I found it easier to attach the dsp before I did the scoring that way you can make sure you score goes below the dsp but always keep the second score at 2 1/2 for perfect folding. If you have trouble you can scant cut your dsp just short of 2 1/4". There is no adhesive except the dimensionals to pop up the oval accent piece. No adhesive to hold the file folder together--just the twine holds its together & keeps your ghiradelli chocolate in place.
Okay when you go to punch you will put the paper into the center of the punch area and punch then move over to 2" and punch again this will make you first tab. Then turn it over and do the other side the same way.
They are fun to make! I used the occasion's alphabet to do these with. I also used a photopolymer set. See below for more details for supplies used. All will be Stampin' Up!
